A very good friend of mine actually played golf with OJ Simpson just months before the famous Tv chase and subsequent trial. I used to tease him quite a bit about it at the time (my friend, not OJ), but he told me that OJ was a perfect golfing partners and once of the nicest people he's ever met in the context of a celebrity golf event.
